My Story

Isaac is one of England’s brightest young table tennis talents. Currently ranked No. 3 in U19s, No. 6 in U21s, and No. 15 in the men’s national rankings, he continues to rise through the ranks with exceptional consistency and dedication.

Since receiving his last SportsAid award in 2023, Isaac has represented England at two consecutive World Schools Championships in Rio and Bahrain, bringing home a team bronze medal from Rio. He has also competed at two European Youth Championships (U15 and U19), earned individual bronze and silver medals at World Youth tournaments, and is a multi-national medal winner in both singles and doubles events.

Isaac’s commitment to the sport saw him move away from home to complete his final year of school at Grantham, where he could train over 20 hours a week  all while achieving outstanding GCSE results in 2024. His training has taken him to international camps in Portugal, France, and China, helping him gain valuable global experience.

In September 2025, Isaac moved to Sheffield to train full-time at the English Institute of Sport, home of the GB elite training centre. He is the current U17 and U21 mixed doubles national champion and is preparing to defend both titles later this season.

Isaac competes in the Premier Division of both the Junior and Senior British Leagues, having won the Junior British League Championship for the past two years with Team Grantham. He also plays for a Dutch club in the second-highest division in the Netherlands, gaining valuable experience competing abroad.

Supported by SportsAid, Isaac continues to build on his outstanding achievements and commitment to excellence – balancing a demanding international schedule with his academic and athletic ambitions.
