Sport: Fast Pitch Softball
Position: Catcher & Outfield
Rebecca is a rising star in Fast Pitch Softball, recently selected for the GB U18 Women’s Softball Team and a competitor at the U18 European Championships in Pamplona, Spain. She also plays for The Heat in the GB Fast Pitch League, continuing to build her experience at both national and international levels.
Softball in Great Britain remains a small but passionate community, which means Rebecca travels extensively to access training and competition opportunities. Balancing long journeys, the cost of specialist equipment and coaching, and the demands of her studies has been one of her biggest challenges. Competing for a place among such talented athletes pushes her to continuously raise her game while managing her training, nutrition, and recovery around GCSEs and now A Levels.
Rebecca’s highlights include working with teammates from across Europe, travelling to incredible venues, and playing in large stadia in front of enthusiastic crowds.
