We’re proud to welcome Maggie Alphonsi MBE to our Ipswich Sporting Lunch on Thursday 17 October – a true trailblazer in sport and one of the most recognisable names in rugby.
With 74 caps for England, 28 tries, seven consecutive Six Nations titles, and a 2014 World Cup win, Maggie is one of the most decorated players in English rugby history. Since retiring, she’s broken new ground once again – becoming the first former female player to commentate on men’s international rugby, and a respected voice for inclusion, leadership and resilience across the sport and business worlds.
A World Rugby Hall of Fame inductee, media commentator, and motivational speaker, Maggie’s message on performance, pressure and perseverance will leave a lasting impact on all who attend.
