SportsAid is the leading charity for supporting young, talented athletes at the start of their journey, giving them the means to improve, compete and go on to succeed at the highest level. #MyMiles Challenge

The #MyMiles Challenge is inspired by SportsAid athletes, who cover around 40 miles in their training every week alongside their school or university schedule, homework assignments, time with family and social lives.
