Urban Table Tennis Centre (Barnet & Mill Hill)

Started playing Table tennis at 8 Years old (2015) and was a bronze medallist in the under 10s Nationals in 2016

What or who inspired you? – At Primary School there were some outside tables and James enjoyed playing on these and asked his Mum to take him to a club.  He joined Warren Springs in Hitchin which was the nearest club at the time which offered training. (As opposed to turn up and play). They gave him a good start but he out grew the club and moved to Urban Table tennis club in 2018.

Equipment (Bat, rubbers, shoes) £700

Training (UK)– Urban/ England – £3,300

Travel (UK) – approx. 15000 miles to training & competitions – approx. £7,000

Entries (UK)- £500

Accommodation (UK)- £2000

Training/accommodation/ competitions abroad – £4000
