A huge thank you to SportsAid South Bucks for hosting a brilliant event today at Dorney Lake, celebrating the achievements of local young athletes and the incredible support behind them.
Congratulations to Rebecca Longman, proudly supported by SportsAid Eastern, who was recognised for her achievements in softball.
Rebecca has recently been selected for the GB U18 Women’s Softball Team and represented Great Britain at the U18 European Championships in Pamplona, Spain.
She also plays for The Heat in the GB Fast Pitch League.
Rebecca’s journey has taken her across Europe – working with teammates from different countries, competing in major stadia, and gaining invaluable international experience.
Support from SportsAid has helped Rebecca with travel, equipment, and expert coaching, as well as unforgettable opportunities such as the SportsAid Live event at Twickenham,
