A powerhouse on and off the pitch, Heather represented her country at the highest level across both XVs and Sevens, securing over 100 caps, two Six Nations Grand Slams, a Rugby World Cup title and a Commonwealth Games bronze.
Known for her relentless work ethic, fearless playing style, and commitment to performance under pressure, Heather will be sharing insights from the top of elite sport – from leadership and mindset to resilience and team culture.
This is an afternoon that promises energy, honesty and inspiration – all while supporting the next generation of young athletes across the region through SportsAid Eastern.
