Bucks SportsAid was created in 2011 ahead of London 2012 to provide a sporting legacy. From humble beginnings, the club attracts over 130 guests and meets twice a year at the prestigious Dorney Lake venue, home to the “Dorney Roar”.
We are delighted to confirm Greg Searle as our next speaker.
Greg is an Olympic gold medalist, winning the coxed pairs event at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics with his brother Jonny Searle and cox Garry Herbert.
After retiring in 2000 after Sydney, he returned to international rowing at the age of 38.
He won bronze at our very own Dorney Lake at the London 2012 Games at the age of 40!
To get a flavour of what we do and what to expect, please take a look at our last event with the highly entertaining Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock.
We’ve been honoured to host an impressive list of guest speakers at Dorney Lake, the Crowne Plaza and Harleyford Golf Club over the past decade. Here’s to the next 10.

All the businesses and individuals who sponsor our charity have one thing in common: a desire to help talented young athletes who may otherwise miss out on training and competition to grasp every opportunity available to them and fulfil their potential.
We’re extremely grateful for their generous support and look forward to continuing our collaboration for many years to come. Why not join them?
Tickets for Bucks SportsAid are £50 per head, or £500 for a table of 10. For further details, please get in touch.
